Solace are London's largest charity providing life-saving services to survivors of abuse, including therapeutic support, advice & support, rape crisis, accommodation, multiple disadvantage, training and young people. Last year Solace supported over 25,000 women and children to rebuild their lives, and this has become even more urgent during lockdown.

PHAs Charity of the Year program was developed as part of the agencys wider People and Culture strategy and offers all employees the opportunity to support this amazing charity.

Solace, which provides support to end violence against women and girls (VAWG), was selected by the PHA Group following an extensive research program, run by the agencys internal CSR team, to find a charity that resonates with the agencys staff and company ethos.
