Durrell has been saving species from extinction for over 60 years and their ambitious strategy to Rewild our World aims to create more diverse, beautiful, and resilient natural landscapes in which wildlife can thrive and people enjoy a deeper connection to nature.

RBC Race for the Kids will support Durrell's Future Conservationists Programme and Nature Connection at Jersey Zoo, helping to support good mental health and wellbeing of Jerseys youth.

Training and education of the next generation of conservation leaders is vital to drive the widespread change needed to protect the wild animals and wild places that make up the natural world.

Restoring the health of our planet also requires people to positively change how they value nature. Jersey Zoo aims to inspire eco-friendly behaviour by connecting people with our wild and wonderful world. Starting with Jerseys youth, together we can create wilder lives for everyone, and achieve a healthier, more colourful world.
