Our current load of hay may be our last one for some time due to the drought affecting the whole of NSW. It will run out at the end of October.
Yes we have plenty of rain this week but our grass isn't growing quickly enough to feed all 16 horses here at Raymond Terrace. Also the cost of feed is constantly increasing every time we visit our local Traders to buy in bags of hard feed.
We are currently have 6 horses on hard feed, using 5 bags of Gumnuts, 1 of Biomare, 1 of Easy Rider & 4 of Chaff per month and some supplements as well as hay.
When we run out of hay then we will have to increase the quantity of the hard feeds as all horses will need to have them twice daily. This would mean the gumnuts would increase upwards of 20 bags and the Chaff to 12 bags per month.
Are you able to help us please?
On behalf of our horses and riders we hope your answer is "YES we can"
Thank you
