Story
We are taking on a Wellness Triathlon to learn skills for and to increase our Mental Fitness! We'd love it if you could sponsor us to complete the three challenges we will be setting ourselves under the following themes:
1. An ENERGISE Challenge. Keeping our bodies active is great for our mental health. We will take on a physical challenge to get us outdoors, and get our hearts pumping!
2. A RESTORE Challenge. Learning how to relax and find calm and focus is great for our mental health. We will take on a restoring activity such as a Yoga, Meditation, or Mindfulness session to complete this challenge.
3. BE KIND Challenge. Doing something that makes us feel good about ourselves helps build our self-esteem which is great for our mental health. For this part of the challenge, we will take on an activity that shows an act of kindness to another. It might be a litter pick, washing a car, cutting the lawn, or something else that helps someone else, or the local community.
