Across England and Wales, we're the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - the UK's largest animal welfare charity. We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome many animals each year and campaign and educate to prevent animal cruelty. The RSPCA is registered with the Fundraising Regulator.

Story

Here at Newport Animal Centre we have lots of special animals looking for rescue homes. Most of the animals at the centre have been rescued by our inspectors from cruelty and neglect. When the animals come to us they can be nervous of new people, and new experiences. We can spend weeks, sometimes months, looking after them and preparing them for a new life and a second chance.

We look after cats, dogs, rabbits and other small domestic animals - at any one time we are caring for over 100 animals. In 2019 we rehomed 145 dogs, 253 cats and 134 small animals. That's 532 animals in one year!

Donations made to our page will help the animals in our care. If you would like to do your own fundraising for us we would be very grateful! You can set up your own Justgiving page by clicking on the orange 'Start Fundraising' button on the right hand side of this page.
