Show your support for your local NHS charity between Thursday, July 28th and Monday, August 8th during the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Take inspiration from the nation's athletes completing 5K any way - you could run, swim or cycle, or a mixture of all three. Or do your own thing completely!
Ask your family and friends to sponsor you. If you would like your funds raised to be donated to a particular ward or department at RWT, make sure you state it in your JustGiving story.
