Ramadan is the most wonderful time of the year, full of abundant reward as well as being a time of kindness, forgiveness and togetherness. It is the perfect time for all of us to come together in gratitude to Allah (Mighty and Majestic is He) by helping those in serious need.

Every Ramadan there are numerous people who fast during the day but go hungry during the night too, with almost nothing to eat for Iftar and Suhur. Alhamdulillah, with your generous donations and duas, last years Ramadan food package campaign was very successful.

This year we are raising money to help feed a minimum of 200 poor families in Bangladesh. For only £15 we can help provide someone with a Ramadan food package for the entire month's Iftar + Suhur meals. Food packages will be distributed before the start of Ramadan so these poor families are ready for a month of fasting and worship.

This is a great opportunity for us to start preparing for Ramadan in advance by serving and helping the impoverished with the gift of food after a difficult day of fasting in poor conditions.

We have attached some images of the food packages that were distributed last year and will be posting updates on our social media accounts. Please note that our charity does not publish pictures of the vulnerable and needy on social media as this is often embarrassing and demeaning for them and disrespectful of their difficult situation.

100% of your donations will be spent on Iftar packs as our team will be personally distributing these food packages voluntarily from our childrens madrasahs in Bangladesh.
