Autistica Play: Relax Mode is an annual fundraising event to continue the conversation after World Mental Health Day. Join us 15-17 October for a relaxed weekend of playing for mental health.

Relax Mode is about hitting pause and playing video games that help you relax. Stream as you play solo or with friends, share your experiences of mental health and raise vital funds for research.

The difference your donation could make:

£5 could recruit four new families to our network so they get urgent advice straight to their inbox £10 helps us work with top researchers to develop crucial information during Coronavirus

£20 could pay for a call with an autistic person to understand their needs so that we can respond

£50 could help us get expert mental health advice out to 40 families in crisis

£100 could pay for a day of a researchers study on communication tools for children that speak few or no words

£2000 could pay for the involvement of 2 families in our PECS study which aims to give autistic children who speak few or no words a voice
