Starting January 1st 2023 for a whole year until January 1st 2024 I will be doing the following.

20 press ups per day

20 sit ups per day

As well as doing

2x walks between Bournemouth pier and Boscombe Pier per week.

I am doing this in my own time around work and will be showing live videos through my social media platforms to keep everyone up to date. Every penny raised will help our country's veterans as this charity does not pay wages and is solely run by volunteers. Please support them as they supported me.
