Get inventive and mix up your normal running route by trying to run the squiggle, map your run on Strava, fitbit or whatever tracking app you use and post the results! Then make a donation to our campaign and nominate your loved ones to join the challenge as well!
Show off your results on social media (and remember use the hashtag #RunTheSquiggle) and see who can squiggle it best!
