Just as your Christmas wreath has no beginning and no end, Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust provides dedicated compassionate care to patients 365 days of the year.

Help us to enhance facilities, advance medical knowledge and improve the physical and mental health of patients and staff all year round by giving back to your local NHS this Christmas.

You can give back by:

- Making a donation to our appeal. All donations will be allocated to our unrestricted general fund to allow us to direct support to where it is needed most. Whether that's purchasing advanced equipment, delivering extra training to staff, creating family-friendly care environments or funding innovative medical research.

- Swapping paper cards for eCards this Christmas. Visit DontSendMeACard to choose from our various designs, make a donation and send your cards to colleagues and loved ones.

- Take part in Festive Friday! On the 10th of December staff across our services will be celebrating the Christmas season and supporting our charity by adding a festive flare to their outfit - whether thats swapping office wear for a full reindeer costume or sneaking subtle snowflake socks beneath scrubs. Join in the fun and host your own festive Friday or similar dress down day in your office or school, set up a fundraising page from this campaign, and collect a small donation from everyone who participates.

- Quizmas! Whilst our staff can't come together for seasonal celebrations this year, we have put together a Christmas-tastic quiz for our teams to take on virtually or in person. You too can get in on a little festive competition by downloading our Quizmas resources from our website - a voluntary donation would be gratefully received.

- Crimbo Cookie Competition - Did you know the 4th of December marks National Cookie Day? To mark the occasion, we invite you to take part in our cookie decorating competition by posting photos of your unique creations on social media, tagging our charity or emailing us. A winner for the most creative cookie will be chosen to win a prize. Donations are welcome but not required to enter. Find more information here .

- Give our trekkers a cheer! SCFT staff will be working together to virtually trek from London to Lapland. Follow us on social media for regular updates on our journey, and make a donation to leave a message of support.

- Donate to place a star in our virtual sky. You can dedicate the star in memory of a loved one, add one as a 'thank you' to a friend or even place one just for yourself. Visit our Just Like A Star page to choose your star.
