Thank you for all donations received to date - the school is very grateful for your generous support.

Your ongoing donations will make a real difference, providing essential equipment for our children, ensuring they have a wonderful school environment to thrive in and to provide some of those 'nice to have' but not essential things pupils have missed out on since the Covid pandemic first impacted on our lives.

Our current aim is to raise funds for:

- new tablets

- new accessible playground equipment and,

- to refurbish some of the tired areas of school

Every penny really does count and we are grateful for all donations via this Just Giving Page. Small or large one-off payments, or regular monthly payments, can be made easily and securely using this Just Giving Platform.

Gift Aid: If you are a UK tax payer, your donation will be more valuable to the school if you agree togift aid. This adds an extra 25% to your donation at no additional cost to you.

Generating funds with online shopping - Amazon Smile, EasyFundraising and give as you live all enable you to select Sir John Barrow as your charity to turn your online shopping into donations for the school, at no extra cost to you.

Co-op Community Fund - Select Sir John Barrow PTA as your community fund when shopping at the Co-Op

Give As You Earn (GAYE) / Payroll Giving If you would like to make a donation directly from your salary, please contact your employer to find out whether they operate a payroll giving scheme.

Employers Charitable Giving Policy If your company has a charitable giving policy, they may be able to match your donations.

Cheque Donations If you would like to write a cheque, please make it payable to Sir John Barrow School PTA and leave it in an envelope at the school office for the attention of the PTA Treasurer.

Bank Transfer you can set up larger one-off payments and standing orders directly with your bank, either via online banking or in your branch. Please email sjbpta@outlook.com for our bank details and well get straight back to you. It would also be hugely beneficial to claim Gift Aid if it is applicable.

Your IdeasWe do as much creative thinking as we can, but parents and children have great ideas. If you ever have thoughts on how we could better use resources, raise funds or improve the schools profile we would love to hear them. Constructive feedback is always welcome.

Your TimeWe are lucky to have a collection of people who volunteer at the school. We couldnt function without them, but there are always more opportunities and support we could offer the children. Please let us know if there is something you can help with.
