Theres no waste collection in Rubinas neighbourhood. Rubbish is left in the streets or people burn it to get rid of it. Rubinas son, Tariq, suffered burns from playing in the rubbish. Her elder son, Javed, whos disabled, has serious respiratory problems. He feels pain because of the smoke and I have to take him to hospital for oxygen.
