During lockdown many parents have struggled to manage home schooling due to a lack of devices. Many homes have only one device that has to be shared between the parents and children. Thanks to the funds raised by Stamford Kiwanis and some amazing donations we have already been able to provide 23 laptops and 26 tablets to schools in Stamford and the surrounding villages. The schools loan the devices to families who most need them and ensure that they get to the right places.

However we have identified the need for at least another 100 devices for local schools. The lockdown prevents Stamford Kiwanis from fund raising through our normal activities, so we are calling on the generosity of the public to donate funds to meet this need. Any donation you can make, however small or large, will help us make difference to children in the local area.
