The Suffolk Historic Churches Trust was founded in 1974, and makes grants to historic churches and chapels of all denominations towards repair and restoration costs.

Story

This hugely popular event is SHCT's biggest fundraiser, held annually on the second Saturday in September. It started here in Suffolk in 1982 and has now spread across the country. The money raised is shared between the participants chosen church and the SHCT.
