Tower Hamlets has all the challenges of inner-city education, but the levels of child poverty are particularly acute here and we estimate that there are about 10,000 children who don't have access to a device for remote learning.

Our schools deliver fantastic outcomes but there is no doubt that the ongoing Covid-19 situation has, and will continue to, further disadvantage our children.
