Visit the charity's profileIn July 2019 Team Colette joined the annual Kingston Rotary Dragon Boat Festival alongside Team Ed and his WAYwocs. And we were victorious! After the obligatory hiatus, Team Colette returns for the rematch and to defend our winners status.
While the competition aspect is great fun (entirely serious), we are all involved with this to raise funds for WAY Widowed and Young who support people widowed before their 51st Birthday, in a peer-to-peer safe environment full of compassion and understanding. We provide helplines for support with counselling and practical advice, an active online community and regional meet-ups as well as national events. WAY is a place where we all just get it!
