As one of the busiest Hospices in the UK, every year we need to raise £8 million to ensure our services remain free of charge to those who need us, 365 days of the year (including Christmas Day).

For many, Christmas is a magical time of year, but for those living with a life-limiting illness, or coming to terms with a recent bereavement, Christmas can be very sad and difficult time. For our patients and their loved ones, to know that our clinical teams are there for them, brings great calm and peace of mind.

This is where we need your help.

By Jumpering Up and Supporting and wearing your favourite festive knit, you will be helping to raise vital funds, to ensure Thames Hospice services remain open for all those needing our help this Christmas.
