Daily 30 x press ups, sit ups, burpees and squats.
30 holes of golf - par score 165. Every stroke above £10.
30 cycle hill climbs in 30 days.
30 themed triathlon.
30,000 steps every weekend in June.
Karaoke party - A playlist of 30 songs from 1991.
You can have fun with it and challenge yourself at the same time, whilst raising money for children and families coming to terms with an acquired brain injury.
