For the next 22 days we are encouraging pupils and their families to each raise £20.22 in order to celebrate the new year and all the potential it holds for us all!

If we all take part and raise even close to this amount each - then we could raise a fantastic amount of money! We can then buy cool things like a bird cam for the forest school, refurbish the ipads and provide more play equipment for break and lunchtime play sessions.

You can raise your £20.22 however you like - it is totally up to you!

The children can approach this as individuals or team up as a group.

You may also wish to come up with something fun to do as a family!

You might want to use the number 22 as your inspiration... you could do a 22KM sponsored walk, swim or bike ride over the next couple of weeks. You could do 22 small jobs for friends and family, read 22 books, score 22 goals, perform a 22 minute sponsored dance, silence or magic show!... For those enterprising sorts - how about selling 22 cupcakes or 22 original artworks?

The possibilities are endless and we cannot wait to see what you all come up with!

Everyone who takes part will receive a certificate in a special assembly We will also award small individual prizes for the most funds raised and the most challenging challenge achieved .
