Tom is taking part in Iron Man Wales on 11 September 2022. He will be swimming 2.4 miles in the sea, starting from North Beach in Tenby. Then he'll cycle the two-loop 112 mile (180.2 km) bike course through the scenic countryside of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Finally he will complete the four-loop 26.2 mile running course round the medieval town walls and picturesque beachfront. All in one day!
