Story
At Christmas and throughout the year, Transform supports homeless and vulnerable people to live independent and fulfilled lives. We provide safe and securing housing, somewhere people can call home, and specialist support to help people manage and overcome mental health illness, substance misuse, trauma, and other challenges.
Whilst the pandemic has somewhat eased, 2021 has still been a challenge for the people we exist to support. Christmas can be joyous, but also lonely, and that's why we strive to make Christmas a positive day by providing gifts, food and a sense of community and companionship.
Donations to our Christmas Appeal will directly fund gifts, Christmas meals and food vouchers for the people we support, bringing warmth and comfort on Christmas Day.
As we enter our 50th year in 2022, our services have never been needed more. Thank you for supporting us this Christmas.
