Fundraising for Victoria and Erin

We are releasing an urgent appeal to raise money to permanently foster two of our French Bulldogs, Victoria and Erin. They both have long term behavioural and medical needs which we need to continue to manage and support with their foster families.

RSPCA Woodside Animal Centre rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes hundreds of neglected and abandoned animals each year. We receive no funding from the government or the central RSPCA, relying on the generous support of the public and local businesses to keep the centre running

Story

Appeal for Help!

We are releasing an urgent appeal to raise money to permanently foster two of our French Bulldogs who were rescued from a puppy farm. Victoria and Erin both have long term behavioural and medical needs which are being managed and supported by their foster families. Unfortunately, these needs are costly, and we are struggling to afford all their treatments. We cannot put these animals up for adoption as their behaviour and cost of treatment present too much of a problem for prospective owners. However, their fosterers would love to continue to look after them, but we as a shelter need to continue to pay for their care needs. This is where we need our supporters help! Victoria alone costs over £100 a month because of her medical needs. She has challenging behaviour which will need to be managed through consistent training plans and by seeing a professional behaviourist. She also needs constant medical attention but is uninsurable, so the fundraising through this campaign will be vital to her health. Erin is sadly in a similar situation, her medical bills and needs are extremely high, but her love, affection and cuddles are endless for her foster family!
