Thank you to our volunteer Dave Francis for running these sessions to keep the group moving whilst the centre is closed. We all know how important Tai chi is both mentally and physically. We are reaching and helping more people than ever with this virtual class. Thank you so much Dave!
Chi Gung is a form of Tai Chi and is based on working with energy movements.
By using deep breathing, gentle movement and a virtual environment we are trying our best to keep ourselves healthy , see our friends all whilst complying with the Social Distancing requirements.
Doing the class in your own home allows you to participate at your own level of activity where YOU decide if you want to do any of the moves or just watch and breathe and relax.
