We are seeing a crisis in young people's wellbeing, with rising numbers reporting symptoms of anxiety and depression, alongside a decline in levels of physical activity. We are fighting to help all young people tackle the issues they face in today's world.

The vital work we do to help address this crisis would simply not be possible without our generous supporters. We empower young people and equip educators to transform lives through sport and play to improve physical and mental wellbeing.

The challenge coincides with our annual awareness campaign National School Sport Week and is a key time for us in putting a spotlight on the value of PE, sport and play in childrens lives.
