Over the last year York Mind has helped thousand's of local people who are experiencing mental ill-health. Through our various services from Counselling, Activity Groups, Young People's Service, Advocacy, Action Towards Inclusion, Thriving at Work Project and Mental Health Training we have seen many lives changed for the better.
