This is the campaign page for London Nightrider #TeamYouCan - supporting YouCan Youth Cancer Support.

We are raising money to continue to offer our vital support services to young people in the South East impacted by cancer.

These services include:

- counselling, to help a young person through the trauma of a cancer diagnosis

- 12 week exercise programmes, to get a young person moving again after a cancer diagnosis

- Wellbeing days and weekends to spend time with other young people who just 'get it' and learn more about health, nutrition and self care following a cancer diagnosis

- Support group, to meet up with other young people impacted by cancer and socialise

- Short stays in our holiday home by the sea
