Story

Yuliia Kurchenko is from Kyiv, Ukraine. She has dedicated her life to judo and due to the war in Ukraine she has now joined Camberley Judo Club.

Yulia is Ukrainian National Champion, she won Bronze at the Junior European Championships in Prague and Gold at the Junior European Cup in Prague. She has several other placings and results at both National and International level. Yulia meets the Ukrainian National Team but needs to self-fund flights and travel costs.

Yulia is also in full-time education and works at Pennyhill Park on the weekends. Any support will be greatly appreciated.
