But for many older people, disadvantaged vulnerable adults and struggling families, this season of celebration is overshadowed by the harsh reality of the cost-of-living crisis.

In an area of the city with such high health inequalities, at Holbeck Together, we are seeing more people than ever facing impossible choices - whether to keep their homes warm or put food on the table.
