For the duration of 6 hours between 10.00 – 16.00hrs on Friday 23rd May 2025 in Middleton Hall Central Milton Keynes (Outside of John Lewis) a fitness challenge consisting of a round robin style activity with a boxing punch bag continuously being struck by an individual(s). The event will see collaboration between all three emergency services – Thames Valley Police, South Central Ambulance and Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service working together to keep up the challenge, whilst being supported by colleagues from Action4Youth and Alpha Boxing Gym.

Individuals taking part in the challenge will self-nominate and present themselves in readiness to take over from the previous individual. Individuals will choose the amount of time that they wish to take part for that round, with their goal being – to complete the self-nominated time before handing over to the next individual. The boxing bag challenge hopes to have a range of individuals from all of the organisers, spectators, students across Milton Keynes and lastly YOU the general public – so please come down to support the event and help us Knockout Knife Crime!!!
