Bringing Free Cancer Support Yoga to Olney
At Ailsa’s Aim, we know that a cancer diagnosis changes everything—not just for the person diagnosed, but for their loved ones too. That’s why we’re launching a free Cancer Support Yoga group in Olney, offering a safe, supportive space for individuals affected by cancer to find peace, connection, and healing.
Why Cancer Support Yoga?
Yoga is more than just movement—it’s a lifeline. Studies show that yoga can help cancer patients and their carers by:
✅ Reducing stress and anxiety
✅ Improving sleep and relaxation
✅ Easing physical discomfort
✅ Providing emotional support through community
"For that one hour, I can just be in the moment, without the constant worry. It helps me sleep better and feel part of something." – Yoga Participant
