Story
Aintree Baptist Church has been part of the local community for many years, serving as a place of worship, hope, and support for generations. Rooted in faith and driven by love for our neighbours, we exist not only as a church but as a community hub—welcoming all, serving many, and sharing God’s love in practical ways.
Over the years, our building has hosted countless services, weddings, youth events, and community activities. However, since 2020, the chapel—the heart of our premises—has sadly been out of use due to severe disrepair. As a result, our capacity to meet, worship, and serve our local area has been significantly reduced.
We’re now launching Phase 1 of our Renovation Project, which focuses on restoring and renovating the chapel space. This essential work will cost around £600,000 and will allow us to reopen this vital part of our building—creating a safe, welcoming, and flexible space that meets modern needs while preserving the legacy of our church.
