Grab courage and aim high!

Every year approximately 100,000 people will have a stroke in the UK and a quarter of these will happen to people of working age or younger and it is the single biggest cause of disability. Different Strokes is the only charity dedicated to younger stroke survivors to provide active peer support through information, advice and rehabilitation services.

Our previous abseils have been emotional days where most of the participants are stroke survivors. It's a day when obstacles to taking part are removed, fears are overcome and feelings of pride and achievement are high.

Yes its scary, we wont lie! but you are in safe hands with the Northampton Tower Team who are brilliant at assisting physically and emotionally.
