ACT is celebrating 25 years since it was formed in 1998. We are educating children, empowering widows and enriching the communities where we work in rural African socities. Our aim is to break the cycle of poverty among some of Africa’s poorest groups – orphans, fatherless children and widows by educating the children and empowering the women through training to generate income to sustain their families. In this way we have been contributing to development in their communities.
