Why not join us in supporting a great cause & raising funds that will help people with sight loss to lead more active, healthy and happy lives!
Aprils Challenge:
1) Complete a live workout during our live workout week. Sessions from 4-8th of April.
2) Take a sweaty selfie of you doing one of our online YouTube session during the month (all for fun)
3) And complete our mini workout challenge 12 Jumping Jacks/ 12 Sumo Squats / 12 Triceps Dips / 12 Glute Bridge Raises / 12 Crunches and a 30 second High Plank Hold. Or if that is too much, you decide the additional activity, that can be as simple as taking a walk.
4) Raise some funds or make a donation to British Blind Sport
