Story

The Carers Centre provides a range of activities and groups for Young Carers, including school holiday activities, creative workshops or our term-time after school sessions.

These activities give Young Carers the opportunity to take a break from their caring role and build up their confidence and social network with other Young Carers. Each of these young people have something special in common a caring role at home for a parent or sibling with a disability. This can be a long term or life limiting illness, a mental health condition or a substance misuse issue.

Just £5 can cover the cost of 1 Young Carer attending a peer support activity. Please support a Young Carer today.
