Story

Are you looking for a unique and meaningful way to challenge yourself in 2024? If so, consider running the TCS London Marathon and fundraising for Activity Alliance. Not only will you be one of the few people taking on this iconic challenge, you will also be helping to make a real difference to the lives of disabled people in the UK.

The TCS London Marathon is a 26.2-mile course that takes place every year on the streets of London. It is a world-famous event that attracts thousands of runners from all over the world. Running the TCS London Marathon is a great way to challenge yourself and to raise money for charity.

This is what our previous fundraisers had to say about the 2023 event:

Being a part of the best marathon in the wold and the greatest fundraising experience in the UK is a very life-affirming experience.

By fundraising for Activity Alliance, you will be helping to make sure that disabled people are given equal opportunities to take part in sport and physical activity. Activity Alliance works to ensure that disabled people have the same opportunities through their programmes, events, campaigning, and advisory work in the sector.

When you decide to run the TCS London Marathon and fundraise for the Activity Alliance, you will receive:

- Support from the fundraising team

- A charity running vest

- Regular updates from Activity Alliance

Activity Alliance is the leading voice for disabled people in sport and activity. It is not fair or right that disabled people are twice as likely to be inactive as non-disabled people. Your support will help us to achieve our vision - fairness for disabled people in sport and activity.
