We were heartbroken to hear from group leaders who told us that children were missing out on the benefits of an at-height adventure at Frontier Centre, due to lack of accessibility.
Our mission at Rock UK is to see all children, regardless of their physical and learning needs, transform their lives through outdoor adventure.
We want to create a new activity at the Centre which fulfills our mission to give life-changing adventure to young people, even those with low mobility.
Our brand new Aerial Adventure course is an ultimate outdoor experience and uses the latest in design concepts and technology to create five exhilarating team challenges including the Leap of Faith, Jacob's Ladder, Gladiator Vertical Obstacle Course, High All-Aboard and Crate Stack.
We only need to raise a further £15,340 for this project! Please will you help us?
The abseil slope includes a wheelchair hoist to enable children with mobility issues to join in with the adventure alongside their friends!
We set ourselves a fundraising target of £236,700 to meet project costs and are delighted to tell you that we have reached 94% of the goal through support from Trusts and Foundations.
A gift from you today, could help us to raise the final 6% of funding. Your kindness will give more young people adventurous fun at Frontier Centre.
In the unlikely event that we exceed the target for this appeal, your donation will go towards supporting the on-going work of Rock UK, to see young lives transformed through outdoor adventure.
Thank you.
