Story
We are reaching out for help in these challenging times, to ensure we can continue to support vulnerable, isolated, older people in our local community, who have been particularly impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. With many older people having to self-isolate, due to age or vulnerability, the feeling of isolation and loneliness is more prevalent than ever and the need for additional support has increased.
In response to the Coronavirus Pandemic we are currently working in collaboration with other local organisations and are providing a comprehensive range of support, including our Information and Advice service, emergency shopping and prescription collections, delivery of food parcels and weekly welfare calls to those in need. Our team has been working tirelessly to adapt and respond as effectively as possible to the current demands and to keep older people safe and supported during these unprecedented times.
Sadly, the effects of the pandemic are now impacting every source of charity income at a time when the demand for our services is higher than ever, which is why we are asking for your support.
With your help we can continue our work to support older vulnerable people in the local community throughout the duration of this crisis and into the future.
Donate today. Thank you.
