With the ever-evolving world that we live in, it has become increasingly important to make sure that the older generation do not get left behind. The past few years have been particularly challenging with Covid, the shift to an online world and rises in the cost of living. This has left older people feeling lonely, isolated and struggling to navigate everyday life. Age UK Wandsworth is dedicated to alleviating these pressures with services providing much needed support, including befriending, digital help, and information and advice. The services we offer massively help older people's lives, with people feeling less isolated and more capable to deal with everyday challenges. We would be unable to run these services without the help of donations and our brilliant cohort of volunteers and we are extremely grateful.
