Rise to the challenge and get growing

Everyone is invited to take part in our Sunflower Growing Competition.

How to works: Make a donation (amount of your choice), we will send your seeds and then get growing. We want to see beautiful, big, bright sunflowers all over Waltham Forest.

The deadline to apply for your seeds is 31st March.

Your seeds will arrive by 15th April sow them straight away and you will have until 1st September 2022 to submit your photo and height (in cm) of your sunflower.

Send your photos showing the height measurement (in cm) to events@ageukwalthamforest.org.uk or by post to Age UK Waltham Forest, 58 Hall Lane, Chingford E4 8EU, along with your name and contact details and tell us if youre happy for us to share your pics on social media.

There will be a prize for the tallest sunflower and ever donation helps us to raise more funds to support older people in Waltham Forest
