Story
Abdul Samad Zamzami, former director of ISRA UK, sadly passed away on 9th June 2020 and returned to our Lord. He had impacted the lives of many. He was a loving husband, father, friend, brother, uncle and grandfather.
He would capture everyone's attention with his amazing stories about his experiences in life, with his unique humour, his warmth and kindness. He was very humble and had a very positive approach to life and would always remind us of the teachings of Islam.
Abdul Samad had touched many people's lives across the world.
He had dedicated most of his life serving those in need.
He never hesitated in what he believed was right.
He had said 'Building a house in this Dunya will build you a house in Jannah'
Our campaign is to build our beloved brother a house in Jannah inshaAllah.
We need to raise £15,000 to build a mosque in Uganda, that will support approx. 300-400 people with a place of worship as well as a community hub for education and everyday services. We will also build a wudhu facility and a water well to provide the locals with clean drinking water.
For a man who dedicated most of his life serving others, lets come together and help him in the hereafter.
May Allah grant our beloved Abdul Samad Zamzami the highest ranks of Jannatul firdous.
