March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month! Be a Superhero and show your support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Since this year's 5K is virtual, you can complete your 5K YOUR WAY! You can run, walk, roll, Peloton, bike, or hike! Do a 5K a day if you like or even do more than a 5K! It's up to you!

Create your Fundraising page. Suggested registration donation is $20. Then share your page with family and friends. You can also connect your page to Strava or FitBit to monitor your progress!
