From our humble beginnings over 25 years ago, when we began by praying in a cabin, our small community has steadily grown. In Ramadhan 2006 we officially opened our newly constructed purpose built Masjid and Madrassah. Our community is growing, we are fortunate to have a diverse congregation, people of different backgrounds and ages coming together to worship.

Alhamdulillah, aside from the five daily prayers, we have Islamic classes for young children as well as popular classes for Adults. Unlike many other Masjids, there is no membership and the running of Masjid Al Hidayah relies on the Duas and Donations of its diverse supporters.

We are currently seeking YOUR support to complete Phase 2 of our construction project, which includes:

Creating a bigger Wudhu Khana and Toilet area to accommodate the increasing congregation;

Revised entrance area to make better use of space;

Tarmacing extended car park;

New fire exit and associated path with guard rails;

Completion of the library.

Alhamdulillah, we have nearly completed Phase 1, which included:

Extension to the existing building which created space for:

A new classroom;

New separate Wudhu Khana and Toilets for use by children only;

Relocation of the existing kitchen;

Urgent structural repairs to the roof.

New guttering;

Improvements to the heating system;

Improvements to the fire alarm.

As well as seeking your support towards this important project, we would like to make a humble request to consider setting up a standing order for £10.00 a month to help with the costs of running and maintaining the Masjid.
