Story
The AlixPartners UK Retail team invites you to support Retail Trust and their mission to protect and care for retail workers.
For more than 40 years, AlixPartners has brought meaningful solutions to some of the toughest and most urgent challenges across industries and across the world. Making a positive impact when it really matters is part of our DNA, and that's woven across who we are, who we serve, and how we serve the communities in which we live in work.
The AlixPartners UK Retail Team works with the Retail Trust to deepen our connection with those in the industry. Founded in 1832, the Retail Trust is a charity that supports those working in and retired from retail across the UK. They provide invaluable support and services across health and wellness, financial advice, mental health support, and bereavement counselling.
One in four people are in poverty in the UK and one in four of us will experience a mental health problem at some point in our lifetime. The Retail Trust helps bring hope, health and happiness to the retail industry by supporting those who need it most.
* £40 helps them process one financial aid application
* £480 enables them to deliver six sessions of counselling to a colleague in need
The London to Brighton fundraising challenge will push us individually and as a team to raise valuable funds for the Retail Trust. We'll start our 100km ride at the AlixPartners London office, taking in iconic London sites as we pedal to the Brighton seafront. Team members range from regular long-distance cyclists to recreational riders, anyone who hasn't yet signed up but is interested is welcome to learn more!
Our ride is part of a long-term partnership with the Retail Trust to build awareness of its initiatives that support the retail industry. If you're able to support our efforts to amplify this important charity, please consider donating and sharing with friends.
Thank you!
