Al-Qadriyyah aims to provide free Islamic education to the seekers. Under our scholarship programme, we aim to sponsor certain number of students to study in Pakistan, Egypt and other Arab countries for further Islamic studies.
Our long term educational aims include establishing educational institutions throughout the UK and globally to make education accessible to everyone. This will require substantial financial support from Muslims across the globe.
The Messenger of Allah () said, "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased)."
[Muslim].
Continuous charity (sadqah jariya) refers to such a good deed, the benefit of which is continuous and the reward for it will be given to the person who performs it throughout his life and after it.
The best form of Sadaqah Jaariya is spending on educating Muslims with Islamic education.
The Prophet () said to 'Ali (May Allah be pleased with him), "By Allah, if a single person is guided by Allah through you, it will be better for you than a whole lot of red camels."
Spending in the way of Allah augments the wealth of the spender. The Quran says: "The parable of those who spend their substance in the way of Allah is that of a grain of corn: It grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains. Allah gives manifold increase to whom He pleases and Allah cares for all, and He knows all things"
