Take on the challenge and push yourself to:

Canoe across enormous, peaceful reservoirs

Hike up mountain peaks and stand amongst the clouds

Abseil and scramble down sheer cliff faces

Its a tough challenge but one that is achievable by anyone with reasonable fitness and bucketfuls of enthusiasm!
