During the last few months, Animal Protection Services is rescuing more animals than ever before from cruelty cases. We have also driven many transports for small animal rescues, where many have gone on to find their forever homes. Our greatest need right now is an animal ambulance.

The ambulance will carry a range of kit including comprehensive first aid equipment, veterinary stretcher, microchip scanner, leads and muzzles, veterinary bedding, and colling mats. In addition, we want to explore opportunities for oxygen therapy under veterinary supervision for emergency situations.

Sadly, our dream for an animal ambulance costs money. We estimate that a quality used van of the type we need, with the necessary modifications and equipment that will make it safe to transport animals under emergency conditions will total approximately £7,000. This is far more than our current resources allow for, BUT with your help we believe we can do this!!
