Hello. I have been running for about 5 years and I never thought I would be able to run any distance at all! After completing a 5K race in 2021, I have decided to push myself into running my first 10K race. I used to lead the Music Group at the Resource Centre for the Blind, a fantastic charity in Coventry that supports many local people with blindness and visual impairment.
