Cathy Walks Offa's Dyke
Between the 14th and 21st October, Cathy Parsons will be walking along Offa's Dyke on the border between Wales and England, a 177 mile trail, to raise money for arc Axminster, a charity that offers counselling for trauma and bereavement.
